Chapter 5

*Isaac, Rene, Felix and Jacklin drop out of a Portal. It closes after them

FELIX: AAAH!-

*Isaac puts her hand over Felix’s Mouth.

ISAAC: Shut up.

FELIX: Sorry. I just can’t believe I’m still alive after all that.

ISAAC: Me too. You look like a wimp.

FELIX: I- alright…

*They look around. The Sky is Pitch Black. There are no Stars. They are standing in the Middle of a Cobblestone Street. There is nobody around, but there are Buildings with Lights on.

JACKLIN: Where are we again?

FELIX: We are in Nix.

JACKLIN: Like, the giant Black Dome that no one has gone in or out of?

FELIX: Exactly! This is kind of a huge Deal. Think of all the Insight we could get from here. Historians will go Wild!

ISAAC: Who cares about that? We are just here to get rid of the Dome.

JACKLIN: Wait, you can do that? Just like that?

ISAAC: Duh.

FELIX: Then why didn’t you do so earlier?!

ISAAC: Look. I’m just doing the Jobs that the Boss gives me, alright?

FELIX: Hold on. *He pulls out the Book he took with him.

FELIX: Is the only reason that there IS a Dome in the First Place so that you can lift it?!

ISAAC: Hm? What are you talking about?

JACKLIN: Yeah, what?

FELIX: We read through your Boss’s Library. And we found out that it is full of Instructions on what to do. And they all revolve around you, Isaac.

JACKLIN: Wait so the entire World has been set up specifically for Isaac?

ISAAC: That’s… that’s ridiculous.

FELIX: It’s right here in Black on White.

*He hands her the Book.

ISAAC: This is 18 Years old. Wait so even the-

FELIX: It’s likely that they are at fault for the Nuking of Sombica as well, yes.

ISAAC: …I don’t buy it.

JACKLIN: I don’t know… Your Bosses seemed Powerful enough to do it.

ISAAC: But that implies that they intentionally ruined my entire Life. Why?

ISAAC: This has to be some kind of Joke. Rene what-

*Rene is standing off to the side, lost in thought.

ISAAC: RENE! CAN YOU BELIEVE-

RENE: YES! YES I CAN BELIEVE! SHUT UP!

*Isaac was shocked. After a Moment Rene was too when he realized what he had just said.

RENE: Ah crap I’m sorry. Uhh. Just a Joke haha…

…

RENE: Um, what did you ask me?

ISAAC: …Nevermind. Sorry for Yelling.

JACKLIN: …I’m not sure how late it is but we should probably find a place to stay. I am exhausted.

FELIX: Would be best to do it earlier. Get a grip on our surroundings.

ISAAC: Yeah. Sure.

*Isaac pulls out her GPS. It pinpoints a strong Power from the Middle of the Dome. They look towards it. The Location is a huge Clocktower. There is also a second pile of Magic Items on the Edge of the Dome. She didn’t deem it important at the moment.

*They walk off in complete silence in the Direction of the Clocktower. They get strange looks from the Locals. Are they walking around at a strange hour? It was impossible to tell.
They eventually find a Hotel on the Way.

*Felix was about to ask the Receptionist a Dozen Questions about the State of Nix before Isaac cuts him off and pays for the Rooms.

RENE: Save your Breath for later. We will just draw Attention to us otherwise.

JACKLIN: Shouldn’t we try to at least get a little Info on this Place, so we don’t stick out as much?

RENE: Who cares. It’s always the same anyway.

*They retreat to their Rooms. Jacklin and Isaac share one and Felix and Rene the other one. Inside the Rooms is a giant Framed Painting of a Bee Woman.

JACKLIN: Are you alright? You are usually extremely Energetic.

*Isaac doesn’t bother to look at her.

ISAAC: …You wouldn’t get it.

JACKLIN: You would be surprised.

ISAAC: You’re not even human.

JACKLIN: Well. I WAS. But then Evan showed up.

ISAAC: Really? How do you deal with that?

JACKLIN: It was pretty hard to get used to. The Tail was the hardest Part. But after a while it stopped feeling… wrong? Feels a little bad to know that my Sister wishes she could be in my Situation. The Alter Ego is a bit of a Pain though.

ISAAC: That’s. Uh. That’s rough?

JACKLIN: Yeah. Why do you ask though?

ISAAC: I think I’m not Human either.

*Jacklin looks at Isaac’s bright Yellow Eyes. JACKLIN: Really?

ISAAC: I thought I was. Until EVAN stabbed me in my freaking EYE!

JACKLIN: You don’t have to yell. He’s not here.

ISAAC: Right. Well, the Thing is that I didn’t Bleed. My entire Life I thought I was Human, but apparently that was all a Lie.

JACKLIN: Well, your Mother was some kind of Goddess if I remember right. So it would make sense that you aren’t Human. Lucy isn’t either after all.

ISAAC: Right… And now that Munchkin has the Nerve to tell me that all my Accomplishments are Fake too?! I mean. That’s Ridiculous.

ISAAC: You believe me, right? It’s not just all Fake, right?!

JACKLIN: Y-yeah. Totally.

ISAAC: I didn’t go through all this Trouble just to get told it was all meaningless.

JACKLIN: Maybe we should go to Bed.

ISAAC: Maybe.

*Felix is looking intently at the Painting. Rene is already in Bed.

FELIX: …Are you sure we shouldn’t ask?

RENE: Yep. I’m just going to take this opportunity to finally get some Shuteye.

FELIX: … You were crying, weren’t you.

RENE: Wh- hoW What? NO?!

FELIX: Bullseye, huh. Was it the Guy with the Beanie?

RENE: No, it wasn’t Nickel. _{This Time.}

FELIX: Evan?

RENE: *sigh* Yeah. He um. Tried to kill me.

FELIX: …No he didn’t.

RENE: What are you? Some kind of Lie Detector?

FELIX: I’ve worked with him for a while now. He doesn’t operate like that. He only attacks people with a Good Reason.

RENE: …

FELIX: Look. I know you’re working with the Guys from the Mansion. I just want to know- Well I want to know lots of things but first off, why lie to Isaac?

RENE: I can’t tell you that.

FELIX: I could always ask Evan what happened if you won’t, you know.

RENE: Fine…

FELIX: Are you getting anything out of this Arrangement?

RENE: …In a way.

FELIX: Your Bosses killed a Billion People Rene. That’s not a small number. There must be a very good Reason you’re working for them.

RENE: Look. I have worked for them for as long as I can remember, Ok? I don’t have anywhere else to go.

FELIX: I could use a Roommate if that’s what you mean.

RENE: I. That’s not-

FELIX: Just a Joke.

RENE: Is that Girl rubbing off on you?

RENE: Haaa. Even if I were to quit and tell you everything. What then?

FELIX: I’m… still figuring that out.

RENE: Exactly. You don’t even know what to do with that Info.

FELIX: That’s why I could really use your Help.

RENE: …You are really Gullible you know that? But Fine. Just don’t tell Isaac anything.

FELIX: Alright.

*The next Day(?). They leave the Hotel.

JACKLIN: Geez. How long did we sleep? It looks the same.

*Felix looks towards the Clocktower.

FELIX: It’s 6am now so we got a fairly good night’s Sleep.

RENE: You can tell from all the way over here?

FELIX: Yeah. Guess I must have very good Vision. Anyway, we shouldn’t keep Magnolia waiting.

RENE: ? ISAAC: ? JACKLIN: ?

JACKLIN: Who?

FELIX: The Queen.

*The others Glance at each other.

RENE: When did you learn about her.

FELIX: Not sure what you mean. Come on.

JACKLIN: Riiiight.

*They follow him at a slight Distance.

*The streets are filled with Streetlights and old Timey Cars. The People are dressed in Suits and Dresses.

RENE: This is looking like the Roaring Twenties all over again.

JACKLIN: Sorry, how old did you say you are again?

RENE: T-that doesn’t matter.

FELIX: It’s still a long way. Why don’t we get a Taxi?

ISAAC: Sure. You go ahead and fetch one for us, why don’t you. We will stay right here.

FELIX: Alright.

*Felix walks down the Road looking for a Taxi. As soon as he looks away Isaac pulls the others into a side street.

JACKLIN: Whoa.

ISAAC: Shhh! That Munchkin is trying to kill us or something.

JACKLIN: What?! He would never.

RENE: He probably got Brainwashed.

ISAAC: That’s what he gets for being such a Nerd.

*Isaac walks up to a Parked Car and Jams her Finger into the Lock, shifts it into a Key and opens it.

ISAAC: We are going to the Clocktower without him and defeat that Mignolia or whatever. Get in.

JACKLIN: Are we just stealing Cars now?!

ISAAC: They will be thanking us once we lift this Dome. A Car will be nothing in Comparison.

*Isaac drives off at slightly over the Speed Limit, avoiding the Street Felix was on as to not be seen by him. A Song starts playing on the Radio. Isaac turns it off immediately.

JACKLIN: I thought it sounded nice…

ISAAC: I’m not listening to anything that could cause Brainwashing.

*She keeps driving until finally arriving at the Clocktower. Isaac makes no effort to brake and crashes directly into the Front Door. They right themselves up from the Airbag

JACKLIN: Owwww. Where did you learn to drive?

ISAAC: I’m self-taught.

JACKLIN: (Even Evan did better than that.)

ISAAC: At least I actually got us here. You would still be walking if it wasn’t for me.

*They step outside of the wrecked Car.

?: Intruder! How dare you destroy the Entrance to this Sacred Grounds!

*A Man in Gold Armor yells at her. Isaac cracks her Neck and Knuckles.

RENE: Time for the Fighting Part.

JACKLIN: Ok we are definitely the Bad Guys now!

*The Guard runs away to alarm the others.

ISAAC: Hey wait! Get back here!

JACKLIN: W-w-wait. Hold on. What if. We didn’t fight them.

ISAAC: How are we meant to do that?

JACKLIN: Can’t you disguise yourself?

RENE: I can also turn myself Invisible.

ISAAC: What? Since when?

RENE: Oh uh, did some Training.

ISAAC: And what are you gonna do?

JACKLIN: Uhhh. (Explosions aren’t really useful for Stealth are they.)

ISAAC: Alright. How about this? *She puts a Hand on both of their Shoulders. In just a Second both of them have the Appearance of a Human Guard in golden Armor.

JACKLIN: Wh- You?

ISAAC: Look. Let’s hurry. This requires a lot of Concentration. And don’t talk. (I don’t know how to change Voices yet.)

*The Guard comes back with Support. Our Protagonists point that they had Fled. Once the Guards run outside they run further inside.

*They sneak their Way upstairs. When Isaac’s Shapeshifting Falters, Rene uses his Invisibility to sneak them further. They finally reach the Top of the Clocktower. Isaac is sweating.

ISAAC: You better. Appreciate this. Could have just fought our way through. Would have been easier.

JACKLIN: So behind here is the Reason there’s a Dome?

ISAAC: And the Person behind it all.

RENE: (Like every time.)

JACKLIN: Let’s go in with an open Mind. Maybe this is just a big misunderstanding.

ISAAC: Since when did you turn into Ms. Goody Two Shoes?

JACKLIN: I just don’t want to hurt Innocent People if I can avoid it.

*Isaac and Rene give each other a Look.

*Rene opens the Door and they walk in. It is a Giant Room displaying the entire Clockface from the Inside. There are Gears and Clocktork turning above. A Giant Black Gem is suspended on a Chandelier at the Top of the Room. In front of the Clock Display is an opulent Throne.

?: There you are. Took you long enough to get here, Kids.

*A Person that was sitting on the Throne gets up to Face our Protagonists. It is the Bee Woman from the Painting. She is dressed in a Puffy Dress and a small Crown.

ISAAC: Greetings Madam. We are here to-

?: Could you change out of that Getup please? That is only for my Royal Guard. Not some Common Folk.

JACKLIN: Huh?

MAGNOLIA: By the way. Name is Queen Magnolia, and you will address me as such.

*The Group dropped their Disguises and felt a tug in their Head.

RENE: Of course, my Queen. *He bows.

ISAAC: Rene!

RENE: Oh. Sorry. I don’t know what came over me.

MAGNOLIA: No, he has the Right Idea. You seem like a Capable Bunch. Why not work for me instead?

JACKLIN: Maybe-

ISAAC: Oh so that’s your Deal, huh? Hah. As if that could ever work on me.

*She takes out a Knife and throws it directly at Magnolia. A Gunshot rings out and shoots down the Knife mid Flight.

FELIX: Sorry. I cannot let you hurt our Queen.

*Felix walks out from behind a Curtain.

ISAAC: You again?!

MAGNOLIA: Tsk. Tsk. Such insolence. This is why you need People you can trust. Isn’t that right Felix?

FELIX: Of course.

MAGNOLIA: It took Years to build up this Kingdom of mine. We cannot have Troublemakers like you around.

ISAAC: What are you Guys waiting for? Attack her!

MAGNOLIA: Subjects! Seize her!

*Rene and Jacklin grab Isaac.

ISAAC: What are you-?

MAGNOLIA: Your “Friends” here work for me, Honey. Great Job Kids!

RENE: Thanks Miss. JACKLIN: Thanks Miss.

ISAAC: So that’s why they were so uncooperative!

MAGNOLIA: Hm? Oh no. That was all them.

ISAAC: Fine! I don’t need them.

*Isaac produces Spikes on her arm to get them off of her. She then grabs Rene and slams him into Jacklin.

ISAAC: I would have been better off on my own.

*Isaac fights with Rene and Jacklin for several Minutes, until she eventually succumbs to the Barrage of Explosions and Lasers. She was tired before the Fight even started and could barely even shapeshift anymore. She can feel her Legs wobble. They once again get a hold of her and hold her Arms as she falls to her Knees. Magnolia and Felix were watching from the Side the Entire Time.

MAGNOLIA: Perhaps you should have been a little nicer to them. It seems like they harbored some Grudges against you.

*Isaac tries to shut her up by shooting her sharpened Tongue at her. Jacklin bashes her on the Head.

ISAAC: C-come on Guys. You aren’t seriously going to listen to HER right? We are a Team! We are Special! Not like those ordinary Humans! We. Are. Above. This!...

MAGNOLIA: Now this is just sad. Felix. Please take care of her.

*Felix walks up to her and points his Revolver directly at her Forehead. Isaac flinches.

ISAAC: D-don’t do this man. You’ll regret it. I mean. You’re like one of the Good Guys, right?

*Felix removes the Safety.

ISAAC: Guys! You can’t do this to me. I can’t die like this…

MAGNOLIA: What are you waiting for?

*Felix puts his Finger on the Trigger.

ISAAC: FELIX! PLEASE!

*Isaac starts crying.

ISAAC: I don’t want to die!

*Felix begins shaking. Suddenly his Arm whips around and he releases his Shot right next to Magnolia. There are electric Sparks around his Head.

MAGNOLIA: What?!

FELIX: What am I doing here? You aren’t my Queen. I don’t even believe in Monarchy!

MAGNOLIA: GUA-

*Felix releases another Shot, this Time directly into her Mouth, putting a Hole directly into her Silver Tongue. She falls over.

*Jacklin and Rene are in Shock. Felix turns around, grabs them by the Shoulders and gives them a real Shock.

FELIX: Come on. Think things through. You would never do something like this.

JACKLIN: R-right! (ow.)

*They let go of Isaac. She falls forward. She can’t believe that she just said that. That she begged someone not to kill her.

*Suddenly Magnolia starts twitching. Her Body shakes. She rears her Head up and Screeches. Her Mouth now being big enough to swallow a Person whole, obviously having been made to seem smaller with Makeup.

*She charges at our Team. As she jumps Jacklin and Rene get in front and Blast her. She gets flung back so hard she crashes against the Clock Display and breaks it. Only holding onto the Edge with one Hand.

*Felix runs over towards her. She tries to climb back up.

FELIX: Sorry. But your Reign is over.

*Felix discharges his left over electricity on her. She lets go and plummets down 100m to her Doom.

RENE: That was…bad.

JACKLIN: I can’t believe we just did that.

RENE: One wrong step and we would have given her a free Step to take over the World.

FELIX: Good thing you yelled out to me Isaac.

*She looks up.

FELIX: I might not have snapped out of it if it wasn’t for you. *He stretches out a Hand to help her up.

…

ISAAC: Get that Hand away from me.

*She slaps it away.

ISAAC: I was… useless back there. All because…because of YOU! If YOU hadn’t been there we could have gotten a surprise Attack on her!
It’s… It’s all your Fault!

JACKLIN: Isaac that’s not.

ISAAC: Shut up!

JACKLIN: It’s fine if you-

ISAAC: I don’t want to hear it!

ISAAC: Let’s just break that Crystal and be done with it.

RENE: (Best not to agitate her more. Never seen her cry like this before.)

*Jacklin nods. She then jumps up and grabs onto the Chandelier. In just a moment it drops down and Smashes against the Ground.

FELIX: That was. Not secured at all.

RENE: Guess you don’t need to invest in safety if everyone does exactly what you want.

*Isaac picks up the giant Crystal and fiddles around with it. Shaking it, Spinning it, Throwing it against the Ground. Nothing does anything.

ISAAC: How do you control this Thing?

FELIX: It seems to be broken.

ISAAC: What gives? I can’t even do this Part right?!

FELIX: I don’t see a way to interact with it, no. Guess there was a Reason why it hasn’t been lifted in 18 Years.

JACKLIN: Couldn’t Vivian do something?

RENE: (Not her again…)

FELIX: I guess she could break it. I’m sure that will get rid of the Dome.

JACKLIN: I hope she’s OK.

ISAAC: So we came here for nothing?

JACKLIN: We overthrew an Evil Ruler. That’s something.

FELIX: Rene. You still have a Portal Key, right? Let’s teleport back to Kadava. Maybe we can contact her there. (And I still need to give back my Hotel Keys.)

*They Portal out of there. A few Minutes later a Guard walks into the Room to check what happened, sees all the Mess and closes the Door again.

*Once they arrive in Kadava Felix gets multiple Messages from his old Boss. All of them talking about Evan. Telling him to turn on the News. He opens the News on his Phone.

“Evan the Robber who was reportedly killed 2 Weeks ago has now been caught after destroying and subsequently breaking out of a high Security Prison in St. Graf.”

FELIX: Oh no.

Chapter 5B

*It’s dark. And cold. We zoom out.

*It’s an unmarked Grave in the Middle of a Forest. The Ground Explodes leaving a Giant Hole where the Grave was. Evan claws himself up out of the Hole. Lucy jumps out after. Vivian pulls out a Casket from the Hole. Evan opens it up. Inside is Zoey next to a Skeleton. He pulls her out and stands her up. It’s snowing. The wind is howling. She’s freezing.

…

ZOEY: I want to go home….

*Evan looks through his Pockets. Vivian does too.

VIVIAN: Lucy, you don’t happen to have a Portal Key, do you?

LUCY: No. I never got to hold it.

EVAN: Then we probably have to go the Hard way.

*They look around. There isn’t an obvious way towards a Town.

ZOEY: Are we. Going to die?

VIVIAN: Well, it’s probably what that Crazy Octopus wanted.

*Zoey looks at the Casket she was just in, as well as the Corpse.

ZOEY: I guess my Death can’t be avoided…

LUCY: Don’t say that!

VIVIAN: Yeah! And even if you do, we will simply make you come back to Life.

EVAN: Y-yeah. Just like we did.

*Zoey looks at the both of them. They look terrible.

ZOEY: I would. Like to avoid that.

EVAN: Well, we seem to be on Earth again at least. We should probably start going before it gets Dark, if we want to live.

*They start following what seems to be a Clearing in the Trees.

ZOEY: So what were you doing at the Mansion anyway?

VIVIAN: We tried to find something that would help us defeat that Cannibal that’s still around.

ZOEY: Right. That’s still a Problem.

VIVIAN: Then it turned out that was a Trap by Isaac’s Boss. And. Well it’s a long Story.

EVAN: We got time.

VIVIAN: True!

*Later

ZOEY: He has some kind of Plan involving Isaac.

EVAN: And me getting defeated by her is part of it now.

VIVIAN: Yeah. You really messed things up Evan.

EVAN: Not on Purpose. And he even threatened you two over it. Surprised you didn’t try to kill him.

VIVIAN: Hahaha. Yeah…

LUCY: But then why did Morgan try to kill us?

EVAN: I guess Communication between them isn’t that great. He doesn’t even know who did the Moon thing.

VIVIAN: While Alien Lady definitely did.

EVAN: Our only suspects are the People from that Mansion.

EVAN: Many eyes Guy. ZOEY: Grim.

VIVIAN: Murder Alien. ZOEY: Morgan.

LUCY: and the Mean Tree Man. ZOEY: Nickel.

EVAN: The Problem though is how we bring them to Justice.

*Zoey sneezes.

VIVIAN: We should worry about that after we get out of here.

EVAN: Right. I would offer you my Coat, but it’s a bit too heavy for you.

*They keep walking for another Hour.

EVAN: Stop!

*Everyone stops except Lucy. He grabs her Collar and pulls her back. In front of them is a big Empty Field covered in Snow. Evan picks up a Rock and throws it into the Middle of it. An Explosion occurs on that spot.

EVAN: Just as I thought. Minefield.

*Zoey falls backwards and sits down in the Snow.

ZOEY: I’m not sure how much more I can handle today. Can we take a Break?

EVAN: We can’t afford to stand around for too long in this Cold. Especially next to a Minefield.

*Zoey lets her Head hang.

EVAN: Come on.

*Evan picks her up and they walk around the Minefield. Everyone takes turns carrying Zoey. When it finally starts to get Dark, they decide to find a Clearing and make a Fire. But before they were able to, a Spotlight from a Helicopter shines on them.

LUCY: Help is here!-

EVAN: I wouldn’t be so sure of that.

*They hear multiple Engines coming closer

VIVIAN: Should we run?

EVAN: …Not this time.

*A Tank and a few Vans roll up on them. A woman with white Hair and one Arm pops out of the Top of the Tank. She is wearing Army clothes and has a golden Sword on her Hip.

?: Are you the People that set off that Landmine?

LUCY: Yes. VIVIAN: No.

?: Do you even know you are in a Restricted Area?

ZOEY: We didn’t! And we would really appreciate some help getting out of here! We almost died!

*The Soldiers point Guns at them. A Soldier speaks up.

SOLDIER: Miss Natasha! That Man in the middle appears to be-

NATASHA: I see that. Men! Take them all back to Base.

VIVIAN: (What now? Should I possess one of the Guards and cause some mayhem?)

*Evan looks at Zoey. He raises his Hands.

EVAN: We will not cause any trouble! As long as we get some warm Food first.

*The Rest raise their Hands too. Some Soldiers put them in Handcuffs and put them in the Backs of a Van. They get carted off someplace else.

VIVIAN: (Come on Evan. I bet we could beat these Guys and steal this Van.)

EVAN: (Can you stop suggesting Violence already?)

VIVIAN: (Man. You used to be so much more fun.)

EVAN: (Being “Fun” is what got us into this mess. It’s what turned you into… That.)

VIVIAN: (So you’re just letting yourself get arrested now?)

EVAN: (Would getting shot to Death be better for you?)

SOLDIER: Hey! What are you whispering about in there?

ZOEY: N-nothing!

LUCY: Please don’t argue.

…

*Evan and Vivian just kind of Glare at each other for the Rest of the Ride.

*Once they arrive at the Location they get Blindfolded. Vivian was unaffected by this. The Blindfolds and Handcuffs get taken off and they realize they got put into a Jailcell with a strange Forcefield Door. Evan is not with them.

LUCY: Where’s Evan?

SOLDIER: He’s getting interviewed by the Chief right now. Just stay put. Food is over there.

*It’s some Sausages, Bread and Water.

VIVIAN: Prison Food. Great. We aren’t Criminals, you know?

SOLDIER: That’s for us to decide.

*Evan gets his Blindfold taken off in a small Windowless Room. He is cuffed to a Desk. On the other Side is Natasha.

NATASHA: Tell me. Why are you here?

EVAN: You tell me. You dragged us here after all.

NATASHA: Don’t get smart with me. You were in a restricted Area. There are Barriers all around it and all unauthorized flying Objects get shot down without exception.

NATASHA: HOW did you get in?

EVAN: I don’t even know where we are!

EVAN: Would you believe me if I told you it wasn’t on purpose?

NATASHA: No.

*The others ate their Food. Vivian gave hers to Lucy.

VIVIAN: You know. I do kind of miss eating sometimes.

ZOEY: Do you think there’s a way to change you back?

VIVIAN: I doubt it. I feel like I’m too unstable for that. Like if you were to remove all this Cannibal stuff there wouldn’t be enough left of me.

ZOEY: Just like in Dual Soul.

VIVIAN: Yeah, kinda like- YOU KNOW ABOUT DUAL SOUL?!

ZOEY: Y-yeah. I go on Forums for it sometimes.

VIVIAN: Wait wait wait. What’s your Name there.

ZOEY: Uhh. It’s… _{QueenDragon_55}

VIVIAN: Aaaahahahaha!

ZOEY: W-well. What’s yours?

VIVIAN: Xx_DatBoi_xX.

*Zoey Facepalms.

ZOEY: Oh my god. Of course that’s you.

VIVIAN: I can’t believe I didn’t realize it sooner. You were always interested in-

ZOEY: Not in front of Lucy!

*Lucy was touching the Forcefield, trying to push into it.

LUCY: Oh, sorry. I wasn’t paying attention.

NATASHA: We looked into you, you know. You were killed by a Detective 2 Weeks ago in Hinscheid. After that a Person with similar Appearance showed up at the local Police Headquarter and caused an Outbreak of magic Prisoners.

EVAN: That could have been anyone

NATASHA: Sure. 12 Hours after that you were caught by Security Cameras when you activated an abandoned Sombica Bunker. A Flight between Sombica and Hinscheid alone is 8 Hours by the way. If Sombica wasn’t a RADIOACTIVE WASTELAND!

EVAN: Well…

NATASHA: You were then reported a few Days later having killed a Pirate Yakuza Leader all the way over in Kadava. Once again travelling to the other Side of the World.

EVAN: Hey! that wasn’t me! I just happened to be there.

NATASHA: And now you’re here. The highest Security Place on Earth.

EVAN: On Earth, yeah.

NATASHA: Are you saying you were some place besides Earth?

EVAN: I… may have got ahold of an Item with Teleportation Magic.

NATASHA: And I assume you used the same one to get in here then? We didn’t find anything like that on you.

EVAN: That’s cause it was taken from me and then used to leave us to die here.

NATASHA: And you certainly didn’t just pawn it off on one of your Associates.

EVAN: Hey! Leave them out of this! They’re innocent!

NATASHA: Then who has it?

EVAN: …God?

*The Guards left the Cell around Vivian and Co. It’s Nighttime it seems. She decided to touch the Forcefield. Sure enough she can pass through it.

VIVIAN: All right. Let’s get out of here.

ZOEY: Wait. Shouldn’t we maybe wait until we know what they’re doing to Evan?

VIVIAN: You say that as if we are ever going to see him again. Every second we wait is a Second in which they could put a Bullet in his Head.

LUCY: I agree. I’m worried.

ZOEY: Alright.

*Vivian’s Soul surrounds both of them as she hurries them out.

ZOEY: (Why a Forcefield though. Wouldn’t a regular Cell be enough?)

*They hear 2 Soldiers coming close and hide in the Shadows nearby.

SOLDIER: Alright. Search new Guys for any Magic Items. Use Force if necessary.

SOLDIER2: Uhhh. Are you sure they were in Cell?

SOLDIER: …

SOLDIER: Who forgot to lock Cell?!

SOLDIER2: Was not me!

SOLDIER: Idiot! We have dangerous Monsters running around. Tell Boss right away!

SOLDIER2: Yes, Sir!

*They walk off.

LUCY: Monsters?

EVAN: Would you please just tell me where the Hell we are already? What have I done wrong to be kept like this?

NATASHA: This is a Storage Facility for Freaks like you that pose a Danger to Humanity. Any kind of Special Power gets completely Neutralized in our Prison Cells. So you won’t be able to use any Tricks to get out of here. And the Public has no Idea this Place even exists so no one will be able to find you either.

EVAN: You say that as if I had any in the first place.

NATASHA: We have your entire Record, Boy. We know what you can do. And what Crimes you have committed. Sure enough we will never let a Murderer like you go Free. Same goes for your Friends.

*A Soldier comes into the Room.

NATASHA: Did no one ever tell you to Knock?

SOLDIER: (Is Emergency. New Prisoners escaped.)

*She looks at Evan. He tries to hold back a Laugh.

EVAN: Hey don’t look at me. I was here the whole time.

NATASHA: All men at red alert. We have a reputation to uphold.

*Vivian and crew are running along the Cells. There are Souls inside of them ranging from Bored to Pissed off.

?: Hey! I know you Guys!

*They look inside. It’s the Giant from the Police HQ in Hinscheid.

VIVIAN: Oh yeah. You… What’s your Name again?

REGINALD: Reginald! How dare you forget about me when you are the Reason I’m in here? Especially you Antler Girl.

LUCY: My name is Lucy.

REGINALD: How did you even get out?

VIVIAN: Built different.

REGINALD: Well, help me get out too. You owe me that much.

LUCY: I’m not sure. He could stab us in the Back.

VIVIAN: He’s so big we could probably use him as a Distraction.

ZOEY: It’s your Call Vivian.

VIVIAN: Haha. Yeah….

VIVIAN: Wait… WHAT?!

LUCY: Well. I figured since you’re like the Leader now.

*Vivian had spent the last few Years of her Life avoiding as much Responsibility as possible. She was not thrilled to be the Leader. But looking at the others she could not bring herself to push the Position onto either of them.

VIVIAN: I. Well. Y-yeah. I mean I said we should so let’s.

*Vivian goes in and basically kicks Reginald outside.

VIVIAN: Now come on. We can’t stand around for too long.

*They keep moving. There are Spotlights around.

*Natasha is bashing Evan’s Head against the Desk.

NATASHA: Why are you here? What is your Goal?

EVAN: How many times do I have to tell you? We never meant to come here.

*She clocks him in the Face.

NATASHA: And how many times do I have to tell you that I don’t believe you.

REGINALD: What’s the Plan?

VIVIAN: Well, we have to save Evan. We don’t know where he is yet. After that we somehow have to get out of here.

ZOEY: And since we are in St. Graff, we somehow have to cross the Ocean too.

REGINALD: Not to mention they will probably try to track you down after too. They followed me for 3 Days before they finally got me.

LUCY: But what do we do then?

VIVIAN: Well, if we don’t want to have to Deal with them in the Future then let’s tear this entire Place down, from the Ground up.

REGINALD: Oh, that’s my Specialty.

VIVIAN: Reginald. You carry my Body while I look for Evan. You Guys meanwhile try to go to the Center of this Facility.

*She pops out of her Body and starts flying through the Walls of the Prison. Many different Cell, A Cafeteria, Break Room, Offices. She looks around for a while until she finally stumbles upon the Interrogation Room with Evan. Natasha is on a Phone.

NATASHA: You still haven’t found them? It’s just a bunch of little Girls! What? Another Prisoner escaped? THAT one?!

EVAN: Not going well huh?

*He is leaning back, unable to contain his Joy. Natasha puts down the Phone and pulls out her Sword and aims it directly at Evan’s Neck.

EVAN: You won’t.

NATASHA: Don’t tempt me. As long as this Facility subdues Magic your Friends will not be able to make it outside.

VIVIAN: (Hmm. Can’t really help him like this. Can’t break those Cuffs. Better get Lucy.)

*She goes back to where she was before and tracks down her Team. They are shaking around a Soldier and took his Gun. They broke several Doors on the way.

VIVIAN: Guess we are done with Stealth.

LUCY: It’s kind of hard to hide Reggie over here.

VIVIAN: That’s fine. *She pops back into her Body.

VIVIAN: I found Evan. He’s with the Chief.

ZOEY: Oh, good. Are we going there?

VIVIAN: No, we need to open the Cells in here to cause as much Mayhem as possible before we leave.

ZOEY: Are we getting Evan after?

VIVIAN: Well, he’s about to be stabbed to Death by the Chief thanks to our escape.

LUCY: Oh dear. What do we do?

*Vivian looked at the People at her Disposal. Lucy needed to go to Evan, since she couldn’t trust Reggie with that. And Vivian needed to get to the Source of the Magic inhibitor to destroy it (probably).

*She might need help to get through Doors as well. And Zoey can’t fight meaning she would be a hindrance in a Confrontation with Natasha.

*She puts her Hand on Lucy’s Shoulder.

VIVIAN: Lucy. You go get Evan. We will handle the Rest.

LUCY: Wait. Me? Alone?

VIVIAN: You’re the only one that can help Evan. Can I trust you with this?

LUCY: I. But I. I never.

VIVIAN: There is nobody else I can trust with this Lucy.

LUCY: …

VIVIAN: Lucy. You’re more capable than you think. I believe in you. And when you find Evan he can help you.

LUCY: R-right.

*Vivian gives Lucy a set of Direction on how to reach Evan.

LUCY: Ok. I will do my best.

*Lucy runs off.

*Vivian takes the Gun and they run the other way, further Inside. Vivian leads the way and shoots at any Guard that sees them. She suffers a few Bullet Wounds from the Crossfire but it doesn’t really matter to her.

*Reginald rips open any closed Door to let them proceed. Zoey is also there. When they make it to the Core they see a Stop Sign in a Tube. It is attached to Cables that seem to spread to all Parts of the Facility.

VIVIAN: A stop Sign? Really? Man, that Guy has the lamest sense of Humor.

ZOEY: What exactly will happen once we break it?

REGINALD: Every single Person imprisoned here will break out and maybe try to destroy this Place, but at least the Wardens will be busy trying to stop them.

REGINALD: In other Words. Seeya!

*Reginald runs off in the Direction they came from.

VIVIAN: That’s fine. We don’t need him anymore.

*Vivian goes into the Tube, grabs the Stop sign and breaks it in half over her “Knee”. Alarms go off immediately. Soldiers move into the Room.

ZOEY: Oh no!

*The Soldiers open fire into the Room. Vivian and Zoey hide behind some Equipment.

*Meanwhile Lucy is running towards Evan’s Location. She was not sure what she was doing. She sometimes sees a Soldier and hides. They don’t seem to care much about her. They all run towards Vivian. She overhears something of an “active Threat”.

*It took her several Minutes to find the right Door, but she could hear Yelling from the Interrogation Room, which helped.

NATASHA: They broke it? THEY BROKE IT?! THEN WHAT WERE YOU DOING THE WHOLE TIME?! KILL THEM NOW!!!!!!

EVAN: Waitwaitwaitwaitwait.

NATASHA: NO!

*She pulls out her Sword.

NATASHA: This is all your fault. You will pay!

*In that Moment Lucy punches down the Door and it lands on Natasha.

LUCY: Evan! I’m here to save you!

EVAN: Just the Face I wanted to see. Get me out of here Lucy.

*She walks over (including over the Door which Natasha is pinned under) and breaks apart Evan’s cuffs.

EVAN: Thank Fuck.

LUCY: We have to go, now. Vivian said that this entire Place will fall apart.

EVAN: I heard.

*They make a run for it. Lucy seemingly also knocked out some Soldiers outside.

NATASHA: Not. So. Fast.

*Natasha comes out of the Room. Steaming mad. Sword unsheathed. Suddenly Reginald stomps up behind her, ready to hit her with a Pickaxe.

REGINALD: Revenge!

*Natasha turns around and blocks the Attack. Shortly before Impact she turns to solid Gold. The Attack seemingly not affecting her at all. While Reginald is recovering, she returns to Normal and Slices him in Half. He dies on the spot. Lucy and Evan back off.

*She jumps at Evan. He barely avoids her first Attack. Lucy grabs her Arm. She turns to Gold again.

EVAN: Can’t we talk about this? A Friend of mine is also missing an Arm. He could get you a very good Prosthetic.

*She unfreezes and throws off Lucy when she didn’t expect it.

NATASHA: I don’t need crutches like that.

EVAN: Alright. Damn.

*She prepares another Swing. Evan jabs at her Face. She freezes. He then slips around her and puts her into a Chokehold.

EVAN: Let’s do it this way then, Bitch. Lucy! Take her Radio Transmitter.

*Vivian and Zoey are still hiding. The Soldiers are moving in. They are debating on how to get out. The Soldiers get a Call.

EVAN: [Lay a Finger on the Prisoners and your Leader is as good as Dead.]

*Natasha unfreezes.

NATASHA: Don’t listen to him- Grk

*Evan tightens his Hold. Lucy crushes her Wrist, making her drop the Sword.

*Zoey makes her Astral Projection run past the Guards and into the Hallway. The Soldiers run after it. Vivian and Zoey then run the other Direction. Some of the Building has started to catch on Fire.

*Natasha is on the Ground, knocked out. Evan picks up the Sword. The Ground shakes.

LUCY: Now’s our Chance! *She runs ahead.

*Evan looks at the Sword in his Hand, then at Natasha. He lifts the Sword above her.

LUCY: Don’t!

*Lucy tackles Evan, knocking him over.

LUCY: Don’t kill her, Evan.

EVAN: I wasn’t going to kill her. She made me lose a Tooth. I figured I might as well repay the favor.

LUCY: Are you sure?

EVAN: …

EVAN: She’d probably deserve it.

LUCY: I don’t care if she deserves it. I don’t want you to kill anyone! You are better than that!

EVAN: No! I’m not!

*Both of them look at each other in Bewilderment.

…

*Vivian and Zoey arrive, with a Flame not far behind.

ZOEY: No Time for Reunions we need to go!

*They get up and start running. Once they reach outside, they see the Extent of the Outbreak. Hundreds of Inmates running out, fighting Soldiers. Destroying the Facility. It’s Chaos.

EVAN: You did this?

VIVIAN: Kinda.

EVAN: Ok… What now?

ZOEY: We need a Vehicle.

EVAN: I assume none of us know how to fly a Helicopter so we will have to settle for a Van.

*They hop down to the Garages. Some of the Vehicles were already stolen. They break the Window of a Van to get in and Evan jams a Screwdriver into the Ignition to start it. Lucy finds a Map in the Glovebox, and they drive off.

LUCY: Are we going to an airport?

EVAN: I can’t go through Airports. I’m legally dead. We just go to an Area with Signal and call Felix, or anyone else that can get us out of here.

*The Road is small and partially on the side of a Cliff. Evan sees something in the Rear Mirror and dodges to the Side. An Explosion occurs where they were.

LUCY: What now?!

*A Tank is tailing them. Natasha pops out of the Top with burnt Hair.

VIVIAN: They never sent a Tank after you back in Hinscheid!

ZOEY: We did destroy the entire Jail to be fair.

LUCY: What now?

*Evan still has the Sword with him.

EVAN: I have an idea.

*Evan lets go of the Wheel. Vivian grabs it. He climbs to the back of the Car and jumps out towards the Tank. Mid jump he turns himself to Gold. The Tank folds on Impact, becoming entirely inoperable. He turns back to normal.

EVAN: Give it up. It’s over.

NATASHA: Ngh. Maybe. But it’s also over for you.

EVAN: What do you mean?

*A News Helicopter flies overhead and shines a Spotlight directly onto him.

NATASHA: I already told them about you. I hope you like your new Status as Public Enemy Number 1.

*He gives the others a Signal to keep driving. He also drops the Sword.

*It didn’t take long for Law Enforcement to arrive and arrest Evan again. This time publicly. When asked about the Incident he only said:

EVAN: I wish to be tried in my home Country.

*He was transported back to Hinscheid the next Day under heavy Surveillance. Vivian, Zoey and Lucy continued their Plan and managed to call Felix once they got close to a Town.

FELIX: Vivian? What happened?! Are you all Okay?

VIVIAN: Big Problem Felix. But first you need to get us out of St. Graff.

Intermission

*Several Days later.

G: Fellas. How do we deal with the Evan Situation?

GRIM: He is now detained in Hinscheid. That complicates things.

MORGAN: Interesting. So he survived.

G: Morgan. Why are you here?

MORGAN: It seems like somebody didn’t follow my Instructions correctly. No use in writing if I can’t be sure of the current status.

G: Either way. Getting involved in stuff like that is always a pain.

MORGAN: Why not ask him for help then? *She points at an Orange Quill G has on him.

NICKEL: You remember that there is a Reason that we encased him do you not?

MORGAN: Course I do. You don’t really have many better options though, do you?

G: We don’t have time to deal with this ourselves. The Plan is already in Motion.

*He holds out the Feather in front of him.

G: Grim. Your Cue.

GRIM: As you wish…
